Baby Lloyd is coming!

I think most of you know by now but I wanted to wait until I saw the Dr. to post on here. The Doc says I'm about 12 weeks along - which is farther then I thought but good.

I have my frist ultrasound on Friday. I would post a pic from that but according to my baby book the baby is only about 2 1/2 inches long so there isn't much to see yet.

I better rush out and buy it now!!

I'm having a garage sale!

I planned this garage sale with my dad. We placed an ad in the paper and everything. He then calls me today and asks if I still want to have it. Can you imagine the people that would knock on my door if I didn't?

So now I get to spend my Friday night hauling and setting up - but at least the crap will finally be out of my house!

Up for sale we have:
2 floor lamps
one table lamp
13" TV/VCR combo
Sony DVD player
VCR
TV (27" I think)
Air compressor
board games
puzzles
tea cups
curio cabinet
shower organizer
twin headboard/foot board
electric keyboard with stand and books
misc other crap that seems to multiply overnight!

If anything sounds like something you want call me before we start the sale at 9am - or stop by.

Wish I had a green thumb

I decided that our yard needed some improving - So over the weekend we mulched, dug, ripped out and planted. I took out what I'm sure are the ugliest evergreen bushes ever and replaced them with Bee Balm. This is suppsed to attract: bees, butterflies and hummingbirds. I'm really hoping for the birds because I bought a hummingbird feeder. I just hope mine looks something like this when it blooms.
I also had Rich put a cherry tree in the front yard. I think it would be so cool to walk out my front door and pick cherries!!
