Update on the lawsuit

I received a letter on Saturday from my lawyer that she settled!! I don't care enough to call and ask how much. I know the last offer was $9,400 so I would assume just over $10,000. Sound like a nice chunk of change but she had over $6,000 in medical bills and she had to pay her lawyer so she didn't make out to well.

That's what you get for being a greedy bitch!

Life beyond the baby

Some of you may remember that I was in an accident in April of 2006. It was nothing major and of course I'm fine. So why am I bringing this up now? The bitch is suing me!
She is claiming injury, stress, and lost wages to the tune of $25,000! She WALKED home from the accident! Dom and I WATCHED her go. Thank god my insurance is handling all of this. I may have to go to court in 6 months if she won't take a settlement but that's about it.
I just can't believe the nerve of some people.

She weighed 7lbs 11oz and was 19 3/4 in. long.


As you can see from the photos she has a full head of hair - and the cutest little face!
